Senior Software Developer, Client-Side at HUGE

HUGE is currently seeking a motivated, hands-on web developer to join the HUGE development group. Developers are responsible for designing, building, testing, debugging and troubleshooting web applications and scripts. They work with our account teams, interaction designers and graphic designers, to create interactive solutions.
Required experience:
- 3+ years experience in development; 2+ years experience in web application development
- Expert hands-on knowledge of Java Script, AJAX, DHTML
- Experience with jQuery and YUI frameworks
- Hands on knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS as well as other web development/production tools
- Working knowledge of JSP
- Strong working knowledge developing cross platform/browser compatibility (IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.) for dynamic web applications
- Familiarity with and adherence to web standards
- Object-oriented programming
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people
- Must be self-motivated, and able to multi-task.
- Must be able to take initiative to be productive and efficient.
- Must be able to function independently and still work well in a "team oriented" environment.
Nice to Have (but not mandatory):
- Experience with ActionScript 2/3
- Experience with Flex 2/3
- Flash-Javascript communication
- Experience with one or more server-side technologies (i.e. Apache, UNIX, PHP, .NET, Java etc)
- Experience working with back-end engineering teams on large development projects
- Knowledge of Java development processes
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Experience writing technical specifications
- Experience with team development using tools like Subversion, Confluence and Jira
