R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S - Achieve 99% service availability (as measured from customers’ perspective) - Guarantee a stable network and systems infrastructure - Reliable backup and recovery services for business-essential systems - Oversee desktop systems reliability and performance - Manage budget, procurement, and assets in the IT area - Evangelize best practices, establish coherent policies, and enforce compliance

R E Q U I R E M E N T S - Excellent presentation and communication skills, - BS degree in Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering - 4+ years IT/Data Center Operations experience - Experience with LAMP environments - Bonus: LAMP admin experience; VoIP network/service operations experience
