RedPost, a fast-growing startup software company, is seeking developers to help build RedPost’s next generation, standards-based Ruby on Rails app. Located in the small, creative town of Goshen, Indiana (www.cityonthego.org), a low cost of living (you can buy a house!), high quality of life, and two hour drive to Chicago make it an ideal location to live and work.
Required:
• Graduate of a 4-year college or university
• Experience with web application development (SQL/PHP/.NET/RoR)
• Mastery of HTML/CSS/AJAX
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
Additionally desired:
• Agile development knowledge/experience
• Ruby on Rails experience
• Graphic/art/UI design
• Linux/sysadmin/open source experience
• Web services API experience
