Oshyn, a technology consulting services company is seeking a results-oriented Interface Developer who can implement technical and creative aspects of web application implementations that comprises receiving visual design specifications from web designers and creating front-end components that will be integrated with back-end processing tasks.

The Interface Developer will work as part of multidisciplinary web application development project team that includes project manager, graphic designers, business and functional analysts, technical implementers, and other experts from Oshyn and the client’s team.

The following are the skill requirements:

• 2 – 3 years of working knowledge of web development tools and technology including HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and other web-programming languages.
• Flash 8, Actionscript.
• 2 – 3 years experience working in a web application team environment that includes web designers and back-end developers.
• Ability to perform production graphics tasks in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, ImageReady, and related tools.
• Understanding the nuances between different browser and platform versions and the front-end programming features each of them support.
• Knowledge of asp.net or jsp a plus.
• Knowledge of silverlight a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.
• Experience creating visual design elements in Illustrator, Photoshop, and related tools and competence in web graphics design a plus.
