We need the cream of CSS skills here, our site has been taken to the heights by the most talented in the business – we need you to ramp our production to a new level. We have so much being developed right that our current front end team are maxed out, we have multiple development streams producing features that need skinned and UI-ed pronto – all in sustainable, maintainable and efficient coding styles of course.

Nuts and bolts wise, from you we need experience : - working with table-less layouts, XHTML 1.0 Strict, an understanding of what css Zen Garden is and why it matters. - of doing CSS work inside of an MVC (essentially, templated) website. - making and using AJAX and all that web 2.0 jazz - working in a development team with people with a variety of front- and back-end skill sets.

You’ll be a more winning candidate to us if you have: - experience working in the Scrum Agile development methodology. - built a website using PHP, or worked in PHP with a dev team. - javascript creation and optimization skills
