About you… ALL candidates should have minimum 5-7 years of job experience, should be self-motivated, be comfortable with a gay adult material and a predominantly gay workplace. ALL jobs consist of a heavy workload and require fast output.

Senior Programmer

• Programmer should specialize in Ruby on Rails, PHP , MySQL, XML/Web Services, Linux Admin.
• Java, AJAX experience a plus
• Should be self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• This position will require interaction with management on a regular basis
• Must have ability to see the "big picture" and make suggestions to management on how things can be improved/changed.
• Ability to lead development projects/teams required
• Candidate should have the ability to quickly adapt to changing business requirements, learn new systems, create reliable/maintainable code, and find creative and scalable solutions to difficult problems. Must be a self-starter with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and Agile development (any Extreme Programming (XP) or Scrum experience is a plus).
• Experience with E-Commerce Systems (Return Authorizations, Credit Card processing, etc)

This job is a full-time, in-house position in Hollywood, CA (No Telecommuting)
