The best candidate possesses: • Desire to work in a collaborative environment with other creatives, developers, and information architects • Excellent prototyping skills and the ability to convincingly convey ideas contained in them • Passion for translating business objectives and technological scope into tangible, functional designs, with a user-centered perspective • Experience working in a small, agile development team • Enjoyment working in fluid and dynamic environment

Requirements: • Demonstrable experience designing brand and information-rich web sites • Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, HTML/CSS • Thorough understanding of capabilities and limitations of latest web technologies (HTML, AJAX, Flash, CSS) • Impeccable ability to create and articulate interaction designs from wire frames to finished designs
