Clear-Media bursts on the scene by blurring the line between a full-service agency and a film production company. We’re looking for a clever individual to fill a unique role, typically assigned to a Flash Designer. However, if you get the gig, we’ll call you "Flash Badass".

We’re looking for a high energy individual who knows the ins and out of Adobe Flash on all levels – integration into web, building Flash apps, Actionscript 2/3 and the like. Also a preferred strong proficiency in AJAX/Javascript development for web design and development, MooTools frameworks, and integration with API’s.

Maybe you’ve been doing you’re own thing for a while, or just freelancing on the side, but you’re tired of the solitary confinement. We’re new, but we’ll pay you what you’re worth.

While we’re cool to hang in the shadows as some agency’s zipped-lip creative partner, we can say without fear of legal action we’ve worked with Anheuser Busch, Bank of America, Macy’s, Gap, Hilton Hotels, Loyola Marymount, and Playa Vista. Come over, we’ll pay for lunch and show you the place.

You:

• are passionate about working with creative people
• understand design sensibilities
• can translate whiteboard concepts into tangible results
• self-manage and stick to deadlines
• can communicate programming concepts in layman’s terms

Required skillset:

• Flash CS3 (5 years experience, minimum)

• Flash app development (AS2/AS3)

• OOP, and Data Exchange (XML, mySQL)

• Web video integration

• API Integration with other sites, i.e. Flickr, YouTube

• Server protocols and management
