Requirements:

- A well-rounded, innovative hacker mentality; you should think experimenting with new technologies is almost as good as sex

- Expertise in OOP programming techniques and RIA/SOA architecture

- Experience developing games and data-driven applications

- The ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, so basically you shouldn’t be a complete recluse

- Meticulous attention to detail when working with designers on motion graphics, video, and sound assets

- An almost twisted obsession with high-quality, on-time deliveries (OCD is a plus but not required)

- Experience with a wide range of Internet technologies, including Flash Remoting, Flash Media Server, XML, JavaScript, and HTML

- Knowledge to make things work across various OS and browser platforms
