You know why tables are evil for layout purposes and understand that div soup is no tastier. Servers that run Linux or Unix do not frighten you; in fact they may even excite you in strange and wonderful ways. You're familiar with version control tools such as Subversion, CVS or RCS and know some of the best practices for using them. In addition to the front end development you should know MySQL and have the ability to write complex queries that will run on databases that hold millions of records. When given a large and possibly vague task you run with it until it is completed to perfection with very little supervision.
