Rails Programmer at Early Stage Start-up
Location: San Francisco, CA
I am looking for Ruby on Rails star. I was previously the CTO and co-founder of a successful Internet marketing company that IPO’ed in 1999 and was acquired for over $125 million last year.
The candidate must have at least 3 years experience with JavaScript, HTML, SQL and Linux administration.
The candidate should be comfortable with long unpredictable start-up hours, hard technical problems, constant change, and lots of fun.
Compensation will be a mix of cash and significant equity.
