Fast paced popular internet company located in Hollywood, is seeking a highly-skilled and motivated Associate Creative Director. We are in need of someone who is experienced in all forms of design, most importantly web-based.

• Must be articulate (able to express yourself and communicate fluently) • Must have a strong work ethic, be flexible and have a sense of humor • Must be a team player and be able to multi task • Must be very familiar with large-scale social communities (digg, myspace, facebook, youtube, etc).

Job Duties will include assisting the Creative Director in managing a team of talented designers both locally and globally, handling and understanding branding-related issues that arise frequently, and discussing broad design/marketing concepts that will affect millions of people. Projects will involve web design, print design, advertising, and clothing design.

Requirements: - At least 3 years professional experience working with online media. - Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts/Graphic Design. - High-level understanding of all Adobe Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash). - Ability to handle and manage the progress of multiple projects simultaneously. - Be local to Los Angeles
